Locations - eLINIA’s headquarters is in Cardiff with data centres in Slough (2), Cardiff and London. Each of the data centre facilities offers state-of-the-art security with managed services available from all four locations. eLINIA was one of the early adopters of ISO27001:2005 certification in 2008.

Data Centre Pedigree
eLINIA's Data centres are all of a Tier 3 (Uptime Institute) specification and conform to the following minimum standards:
- Raised flooring (flood protection, cabling, cooling etc)
- Manned 24/7 by security vetted and trained people
- Appropriate heating ventilation and cooling (HVAC) systems
- Diverse Network feeds into the building
- 'Onion layer' security model using access request mechanism, proximity and or biometric entry systems
- No single points of failure in energy supply, including the following features:
- Redundant (N+1) power supplies delivered to rack
- N+1 generator back up with fuel supply onsite
- Diverse power supply to seperate sub sections
- N+1 UPS back up
- N+1 fire suppression and VESDA systems
