John Jones, CEO
John spent nearly 40 years with BT where his various roles included Senior Systems Development Manager, Head of Information Services and Vice President BT Ignite Content Hosting. John’s final position at BT was as Head of Webservices.
Amongst his many achievements, John pioneered the use of secure portable computing within BT’s Data Services organisation; launched BT’s first Internet Server Farm leading to the development of BT’s first eBusiness products and services; and founded BT’s Webservices business in 1997.
John subsequently set up eLINIA to offer the highest possible standards of service, security and trust to companies and public sector organisations - placing a major focus on the environment and use and development of new, highly secure ‘green’ UK data centres.
John also spends his spare time working as an ICT and technology infrastructure consultant alongside the Welsh Assembly Government, as governor for the University of Wales Institute and is Chairman of the UWIC foundation.

Justin Lewis, Operations Director
Justin previously held a senior management role at BT where he led and managed a team of 150 people delivering BT’s Managed Hosting business to UK customers. His team successfully managed major ISP platforms (over 2 million users), internal ordering systems (BT broadband provisioning) and outsourced platforms for a range of blue-chip customers.
Under Justin's current stewardship as Operations Director, eLINIA has achieved numerous industry standard accreditations.

Gerwyn Miles, Finance Director
Gerwyn’s previous roles include Finance Director (FD) of both Welsh Water and Swalec, the regulated water and electricity utilities serving most of Wales; and FD of the Wales Millennium Centre - a £100million plus start-up.
Gerwyn’s experience of complex business and regulatory environments and of major business start-ups helps eLINIA maintain its high standards of financial and commercial management. As a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants with substantial experience of City transactions and of major IT developments, Gerwyn understands the environments in which many blue-chip customers work, thus helping to making eLINIA an ideal partner for key business process requirements.

Adrian Rapps, Technical Director
Adrian has over 15 years technical service experience and delivered managed hosting services within a major telecommunications provider as Head of Technical Services. During this time, Adrian has managed the delivery of managed services across five UK data centres to hundreds of high-profile companies and organisations.
Adrian was formerly employed as a technical consultant for Fujitsu ICL nationally and worked as a computer programmer for Nuclear Electric.
Adrian runs the Technical Design Team.

James Carnie, Sales Director
James has been working in the IT industry for thirteen years across a number of industries including Oil and Gas, Government, Banking and Defence. James has held a number of operational, consultancy and sales positions at Northrop Grumman, Johnson and Johnson and BT.
James is a Charted IT Professional (CITP) and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
James runs the Sales, Marketing and Account teams at eLINIA.
