The eLINIA G-Cloud Service
The G-Cloud fully managed hosting service from eLINIA provides an individually designed solution that meets the demands and objectives of our customer’s IT applications. As this is a managed IT service, eLINIA is responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the data centre environment, network, system hardware and operating system. The service includes monitoring and support on a 24x7 basis and is reinforced by a robust Service Level Agreement.
eLINIA offers Government Impact Level Assessment Levels 3 and 4 (IL3 and IL4) compliance assurance, is ISO9001 and ISO27001 accredited, offers PCI DSS Data Security Tier 1 compliance assurance, provides ITIL service management, is capable of delivering a broad portfolio of managed solutions and has an agile service model to ensure that we meet our customer’s specific needs. eLINIA is strategically aligned with Microsoft, VMware, Dell, Red Hat, Citrix and Oracle and is one of only a very few service providers in the UK that is both a Microsoft Gold Certified Hosting partner and a VMware vCloud Powered partner.
