The International Baccalaureate outsource Oracle services to eLINIA
eLINIA has been awarded a contract to provide managed Oracle services for the International Baccalaureate. "We were successful because we were able to offer 24x7 Oracle cover without the cost of having to put a dedicated shift team in place," commented Justin Lewis, Operations Director at eLINIA. "We offer secure managed Oracle application and database services both from the data centre and customer sites, and are looking forward to working with the IB.”
The IB is a nonprofit educational foundation, motivated by its mission, focused on the student. Our three programmes for students aged 3 to 19 help develop the intellectual, personal, emotional and social skills to live, learn and work in a rapidly globalizing world.
Founded in 1968, IB currently work with 2,319 schools in 128 countries to develop and offer three challenging programmes to over 616,000 students aged 3 to 19 years.
