eLINIA customer and partners Grand Prix a great success!

The eLINIA customer and partner Grand Prix took place on the 13th November and despite the weather the event was a huge success, enjoyed by all who attended

Members from the eLINIA team were joined by customers and partners at the Birmingham Grand Prix circuit for a two hour endurance grand prix with karts that drove up to 70mph! Customers who took part included the National Trust, Honda, Vocalink, Clode Retail Finance, Capper & Co.

The rainy weather caused difficult conditions for drivers who had to use all their driving skill to complete fast laps consistently without sliding on the track, but this added to the drama and fun of the race with teams competing for a podium finish.  Drivers took it in turns of 15 minutes each to take on the track and pit stop for driver changes, while other team members could view lap time screens and watch the track from the racers paddock.

As it turned out eLINIA came in to win the grand prix after an intense race and strong competition with the fastest lap going to Simon Wiltshire of Capper and Co.  All drivers then celebrated with a team photo on the podium for what proved to be a great day out.
