All IT departments have a lot to do. “The Business” wants IT to provide new “things”, deliver new applications, and keep the core systems running without a hitch. The IT budget is always a consideration, as is retaining key members of staff while they are juggling varying priorities.

If you've already read the “Hosting” section of this web site you will know about our around the clock cover, skilled people and data centre based services. We provide the same services for systems that are not attached to the Internet - the equipment can still be located in one of our secure data centres, but the services provided are internal to your company; accessed over your own, private, network.
eLINIA also offers a service where we manage your internal systems, even if they are in your own computer room (understanding that we can't, in this case, control the physical environment and physical security as well as we would like to if the services were located in one of our data centres.)
eLINIA will manage as much or as little (within reason!) of your IT estate as you need us to. We don't mean basic LAN servers here, like file and print, but the more critical services such as your UNIX platforms, your multi-site network and security equipment, your core databases or your email system.
